BOARD

The board of the European Clay Pipe Association consists of two full board members, who together form the board of management and up to 9, but a minimum of 3 observers, who form the expanded board together with the board of management.

The board of the European Clay Pipe Association within the meaning of clause (26) BGB is made up of the two full board members, who charge one full board member among themselves with the task of management of the company (executive member of the board).
